Alexa WISENER is an actor as well as model and dancer. She was educated and raised in Southern California. Her first performance began at the age of three. Baton twirling was her first passion for performing. She participated for over 15 years. Alexa is the winner of an award at the World Baton Twirling Championships gold medal as well as seven National titles at 10 years of age. Alexa was awarded numerous National dance awards in this time. She trained in jazz, hip-hop, as well as contemporary styles. She also took ballet classes. Additionally, she worked for Hong Kong Disneyland for 7 months. She also worked at Universal Studios Hollywood employed as a dancer. Her career as an actress and model started when she was in Jr. high school. Madekwe comes from an ethnically diverse family in South London in England. Her mother is English while her father is Nigerian.
